The New Jersey Middle School Association is a state-wide organization designed to promote effective practices in middle level education. We are rebranding (effective date 7/1/2012) our organization and changing our name to New Jersey Association for Middle Level Education (NJAMLE) to stay in line with the national organization (Association for Middle Level Education, AMLE).  Congratulations to our very own, James Barnes on being elected to the National Middle School Association (NMSA) Executive Board as an Eastern Region Trustee.  This is a 3 year term.  He will represent the Eastern Region States down to Washington DC as well as Europe, Ontario, Quebec, Maritime Province, and Africa.
